3HM Entertainment has been honored to work on a broad variety of events over the years. From fairs to festivals to building grand openings to concerts to sales conferences to conventions to award galas to newsmaker luncheons to….well you get the picture. We are the exclusive producer for clients as varied as the Hollywood Radio & Television Society, The Temecula Valley Balloon & Wine Festival, WISE Western US, Contra Costa County Fair, Guidant Corporation and many others. Temecula Valley Balloon & Wine Festival
A three day event in the beautiful Temecula Valley that features hot air balloons, over twenty wineries, and live entertainment on 2 stages. This year (2003) will be our fourth year as the exclusive entertainment producer for this event. We handle all aspects of entertainment for the festival including programming and booking national, regional and local artists, as well as coordinating all technical aspects such as stage, sound, lights, transportation, etc…We've showcased The Commodores, Three Dog Night, The Doobie Bros, Creedence…and many more …
Hollywood Radio & Television Society
Through it's newsmaker luncheons, the HRTS has grown into the premier forum for the entertainment industry to come together and discuss issues relevant to their unique environment. Membership in HRTS is comprised of senior executives from virtually every major company involved in Radio, Television and Film production and eight times per year they come together to hear from newsmakers such as Colin Powell, Mel Karmazin, Ted Turner, Peter Chernin, Al Gore, Hillary Clinton, and many more. We handle all technical aspects of the event from sound and lights to video and media (radio/tv) coordination.
Picture if you will...over 800 television execs and their children, over twenty full-size walk around cartoon characters...fabulous raffle prizes including trips to the Caribbean and Disney World...Live entertainment from some of today's hottest children's TV stars...and previews of all the network's Fall Children's Programming lineups...That's Kid's Day! And it's all a fundraiser for the HRTS Mentoring Foundation charitable efforts!
Jewel of Friendship Gala
3HM in association with Professional Party People produce the annual gala for the Diamond Club West Coast. This elegant affair requires us to transform a barren ballroom into an intimate dining salon for the black tie guests, as well as provide entertainment and production appropriate to the clients wishes.
WISE Western US Convention
Successfull businesspeople from across the western US gather in Burbank for a 3 day convention including seminars, general sessions as well as the annual Awards Gala. 3HM fulfilled all if the clients production needs including set design and construction, décor, sound, lights, video and coordination with the venue team to create a successful and effective convention.
World Literacy Crusade's Celebrity Tribute to Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.
3hm is proud to produce this annual star-studded tribute to one of the most inspirational and important men of the 20th century. A live show that has featured performances by Chaka Khan, Isaac Hayes, Jonathan Butler, Doug E. Fresh, Carl Anderson and many more as well as appearances by a veritable who's who of Hollywood stars makes this event one of our favorite to do every year!
Contra Costa County Fair
The old fashioned county fair is alive and well in Antioch California as 3HM programs and produces the entertainment activities for this annual 4 day event. We work directly with Fair Management to recommend appropriate artists, then negotiate contracts and manage the actual daily entertainment on-site to ensure a smoothly running show from start to finish. Performers have included Eddie Money, LoverBoy, Starship, and many more.
Citizen's Commission on Human Rights Gala
Technical production for annual awards gala for CCHR. Celebrity entertainment, awards, and much more were set at the beautiful Beverly Hilton Hotel Grand Ballroom. From coordinating live event elements with the outside video production team and their truck...to liason with all of the various sound, lighting, design, video, and projection teams...3HM is the "glue" that holds it all together.
Hubbard College of Administration
Grand opening of the headquarters campus for Hubbard College of Administration in Hollywood. A visual potpourri of lights, sound, fireworks, lasers and more presented this new facility to the world. Oh...and we did it all in three 24 hour days!
Whole Earth Festival 2001 (in assoc. with Jacqueline Kane Productions)
3HM provided technical production management for the inaugural Whole Earth Festival in Lake Balboa Park. Two day event featuring national musical talent as well as earth friendly presentations from a star studded lineup introduced this great event to the people of the San Fernando Valley
